Terms and Conditions



1. Payment
Orders can be paid for online via our secure online payment system. Customers have the choice to pay via credit / debit card or through their paypal account. In order to pay by credit / debit card, customers DO NOT have to sign up to paypal. Simply click on the option to pay by credit / debit card just left to the paypal sign on the payment screen.

If customers require to pay cash on delivery, please contact the store to confirm order and payment type on 01922 497840.

All goods shall remain the property of the company until full payment is made.
 
Your transactions are made as safe and secure as possible. We will contact you before dispatching an order, note that as a further protection against fraudulent use of credit and debit cards we generally will not deliver to any address other than the one registered to the debit/credit card holder ( Exceptions are workplace addresses and alternative delivery addresses where signature can be obtained )
 


2. Refunds
If goods are faulty, the customer must inform the company within seven days of receiving them. The company will then do its upmost to exchange the goods as quickly as possible with a free collection and free delivery of the replacements.

If the goods are simply not suitable for the customer or the customer has changed their mind and wish to return them, then the customer must pay for the return carriage costs and a credit note will be issued to the customer to the same value they have paid for their purchase.
 
 
3. Delivery
When the customer orders goods from Inside Style Furniture, estimated delivery of the goods will be within 7 days unless otherwise stated. Each customer will receive confirmation by telephone of the exact delivery date and if this is unsuitable, then we will endeavor to meet the customers preferred date for the delivery.
 
 
 
 

Business Policies

All orders are subject to our full terms and conditions (below). Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Standard conditions of sale

  1. Definitions
    1. "Buyer" means the person who buys or agrees to buy the Products from the Seller.
    2. "Conditions" means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller.
    3. "Delivery date" means the date specified by the Seller when the Products are to be delivered.
    4. "Products" means those goods specified.
    5. "Price" means the price for the Products 
    6. "Seller" means Inside Style Furniture
    7. "Consumer" shall bear the meaning ascribed in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
  2. Conditions applicable
    1. Nothing in these conditions shall affect the buyer’s statutory rights as a consumer.
    2. The Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall purchase the products in accordance with any written quotation of the Seller which is accepted by the Buyer, or any written or verbal order of the Buyer which is accepted by the Seller including but not limited to orders placed using the Seller’s electronic online ordering service, subject in any case to these conditions, which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any such quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted, or any such order is made or is purported to be made, by the Buyer.
    3. Any typographical or clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller.
    4. If any provision of these conditions is adjudged invalid or unenforcable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of those provisions in question shall not be affected.
    5. If the Seller does not have sufficient stock to be able to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer then any sum paid by the Buyer will be refunded or re-credited to your account and the Seller will notify you at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of your order and the Seller will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.
    6. By placing an order using the Seller’s electronic online ordering service the Buyer is making an offer which will not become a binding contract until the order is accepted by the Seller. The taking of payment from the Buyer’s credit card does not indicate acceptance of the order by the Seller. If the Buyer’s order is ultimately rejected by the Seller a refund will be made immediately.
  3. The price and payment
    1. Save as provided otherwise herein the Price shall be that as stipulated in the Seller’s published price list current at the date of order of the Products. Any event of any increase in the cost to the Seller of raw materials, labour, overheads, or any increase in taxes or duties, or any variation in exchange rate the Seller may increase the Price payable under the contract upon written notice. If notice of price increase is given by the seller, the buyer shall have the right to cancel the order and receive back any sums they have paid. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing

Information Supplied by You

  • When you place an order, we will require your name, address, email address,
  • credit/debit card number, expiry date and security code. Without this information we will be unable to process your order or notify you of our acceptance of your order.
  • The information which you supply to us is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • All information such as your name, address, payment details, email address is stored on secure servers to ensure all personal details are protected to the highest standards.
  • Inside Style Furniture complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and Consumer Legislation and will treat all your personal information as strictly confidential.
  • The information we collect about you also enables us to monitor site usage and customer traffic patterns to help us develop and improve the design and layout of the website.
